It is easy to wear, and the style works for more than just a mother of the bride occasion. I can see myself wearing it to another formal dinner or evening wedding. Definitely keeping it!

I’m 5'6" and about 152 lbs. I ordered a 10 and wore a 2-inch heel. The length was good for me, and I liked the way the dress skimmed rather than clung. The cape also sat nicely on my shoulders and didn’t constantly shift around.

The dark navy looked especially nice against the lighter interior, and the lace gave it a classic feel. I’m really happy with the pictures from that night.

The Cape Sold Me

That cape is what made me stop. I don’t usually wear anything like that, but it looked so elegant without being over-the-top. I wore it with a simple pair of earrings and low heels and felt completely dressed for the occasion.
