I couldn’t be more infuriated with this company and the treatment I have endured upon purchasing my dress. I purchased a dress on August 27th and paid $30 for express 3-day shipping. The dress was scheduled to be delivered Friday September 11th-Tuesday September 15th. On the 15th, I was notified that my delivery would be delayed by 2 days. I wrote to Kiss requesting a refund of my $30 shipping fee, as the service I was promised was not delivered. I was asked to wait a few more days, as my delivery was “in the delivery range I was promised.” This was an utter lie, so I responded immediately telling them that they were wrong and requesting a refund for their insufficient service. They informed me if I kept the dress, they would offer me a 50% refund. I find this to be an insulting proposition. I ordered the dress for a wedding on Friday September 18th. I knew I would need the dress to be altered when I ordered it. Because of the terrible service and delay I received, I had to purchase multiple new dresses and endure an immense amount of stress. I will never order from this company again and will ensure that everyone is aware of the horrific customer service experience offered by Kiss.
