Exactly What I Wanted

No sparkle overload. No giant sleeves. No crazy details. Just a pretty dress that actually feels appropriate for a formal event. The dark navy is gorgeous. I wore mine with silver earrings and black pumps. Very simple. Very easy. I loved it.

I had a long evening ahead and knew I’d be sitting through dinner, getting up for pictures, talking to everyone, all of it. The chiffon felt light and the skirt gave me room to move. I never got that “I need to get out of this dress” feeling.

Pretty navy. Soft fabric. Good fit. Nice sleeves. Beautiful embroidery. I wore it for hours and forgot about it. Honestly, that’s all I need from a formal dress. Very happy with it!

I honestly appreciate dresses like this. I don’t want to spend an hour figuring out how to make a dress work. The dark navy already looks dressy, so I kept everything else really simple.
